Who we are

FoxyPartners is the affiliate programme of FoxyMedia Ltd ("FoxyMedia", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through foxypartners.com and the partner application process.

What we collect

When you apply to the programme we collect the details you submit in the application form: name, email address, Telegram handle, website or social media handles, traffic sources, target GEOs, partner type and any message you include.

When you use the site we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and referring URL, through server logs and the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.

Once you are an approved partner we also process the data needed to run the programme: tracking links, click, registration and deposit statistics attributed to your account, payout details and communications with your account manager.

Why we use it

To review your application and decide whether to accept you into the programme; to set up and manage your partner account; to track and attribute conversions and calculate commissions; to pay you; to communicate with you about offers, rates and programme changes; to comply with legal obligations including anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering and licensing requirements; and to operate, secure and improve this website.

Our legal bases under the GDPR are performance of a contract (the partner agreement), our legitimate interests in running and protecting the programme, compliance with legal obligations, and — for optional marketing communications and non-essential cookies — your consent.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary: with the operators of the brands you promote (for conversion tracking and compliance), with our tracking, hosting, form-processing and payment providers, with professional advisers, and with regulators or law enforcement where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Some of these providers are located outside the EEA. Where that is the case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Application data for unsuccessful applicants is deleted within 12 months. Partner account, tracking and payout records are kept for the life of the partnership and for up to 7 years afterwards to meet accounting, tax and regulatory requirements. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and restricted staff access. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login details confidential.

Children

This site and the programme are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced to active partners by email or Telegram.
