Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of foxypartners.com (the "Site") and your participation in the FoxyPartners affiliate, influencer and models programme (the "Programme") operated by FoxyMedia Ltd. By using the Site or submitting an application you agree to these Terms. Approved partners also receive a partner agreement with the specific commercial terms for their account; where the two conflict, the partner agreement applies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), legally able to enter into contracts, and not located in a country where promoting online gambling is prohibited. We may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion and may ask for identity and traffic verification.

3. Partner obligations

You agree to promote the brands only through the traffic sources approved for your account; to comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards and the licensing rules of each brand's GEO; to use only approved creatives, brand names and bonus claims; and to display 18+ and responsible-gaming messaging where required.

You must not: send traffic from restricted GEOs; use misleading, spam, incentivised, cookie-stuffing, brand-bidding or trademark-infringing methods; target minors or vulnerable persons; self-refer or register fraudulent or duplicate players; or make any claim about a brand that we have not approved.

4. Commissions and payment

Commission plans (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and rates are agreed per account and shown in your partner dashboard. Commissions accrue on qualified conversions as tracked by our system, whose records are final absent manifest error. Payouts are made on a Net-15 basis once the minimum payout threshold is reached, by the payment method agreed for your account.

We may withhold, adjust or reverse commissions for conversions that are fraudulent, charged back, duplicated, in breach of these Terms, or otherwise non-qualifying, and may set off such amounts against future payments.

5. Tracking

Conversions are attributed on a last-click basis within a 30-day cookie window from first click. Players registered under your tag remain attributed to you for the lifetime of their account on the relevant brand, subject to these Terms. We are not liable for lost tracking caused by blocked cookies, modified links or technical issues outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

The FoxyPartners and FoxyMedia names, logos, Site content and brand creatives are owned by FoxyMedia or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use approved creatives solely to promote the brands under the Programme. All other rights are reserved.

7. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time on written notice (email or Telegram is sufficient). We may suspend or terminate immediately for fraud, breach of these Terms, regulatory reasons or reputational risk. On termination you must stop using our creatives and links. Earned, non-disputed commissions up to the termination date will be paid on the normal schedule; commissions may be forfeited where termination is for fraud or material breach.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site and the Programme are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our total liability to you under the Programme in any 12-month period is limited to the commissions paid to you in that period.

9. General

You may not assign your account without our consent. These Terms are the whole agreement between us on this subject, together with your partner agreement. If any provision is unenforceable the rest remains in force. We may update these Terms; continued participation after notice of a change constitutes acceptance.
